At our Tantastic! Evenings, you’ll be invited to slow down, sense your body and emotions, and explore practices of mindfulness, authenticity, and openness. In a safe and respectful space, you’ll try gentle exercises, reflect, engage in simple rituals and interactive sharing to see and be seen, to listen and be heard.

All levels of experience are welcome — from first-timers to experienced seekers. This is a space for men to come together and explore identity, presence, and personal growth. Whether you identify as queer, gay, bi, trans, or heteroflexible, you’re warmly invited to join.

No prior skills or background are required — bring your openness, curiosity, and willingness to connect in new ways with yourself and others.
