What’s stopping you from living your life the way that feels right to you? Maybe it’s a recurring relationship issue. Maybe it’s loneliness, an addictive pattern, an unresolved conflict with your family of origin, or the question of where your career should go.
In systemic constellation work, we bring these inner dynamics to light. Through representatives in the room, a vivid picture emerges of what’s at work within you—often more clearly and directly than words alone could convey. Thomas brings over twenty years of experience to this work: from sculpture work based on Virginia Satir to classical family constellations and phenomenological work with the “movement of the soul.” In the weekend workshops, he works alongside experienced colleagues.
What makes this setting special: We focus specifically on issues that affect gay and bisexual men—the emotional wounds of coming out, internalized shame, one’s place within one’s own family, and the dynamics of closeness and distance in relationships between men. These are topics that often don’t get addressed in general constellation seminars.
We take our time with this process. Those who set up their own constellation aren’t rushed through a process but are guided: You’re meant to understand what emerges in the field and recognize your own paths to resolution. Even those participating as representatives often have surprising experiences with their own issues.
